Submissions should be sent via email. Please submit no more than three pieces of previously unpublished work (EN/CN), English or Chinese translations of poetry with original poems (CN/EN) attached (.doc, .docx or .pages) to poetrylabshanghai [at] gmail [dot] com, use "Submission + Name" as your subject, and include a short bio written in third person.​

We will try to respond as soon as possible, please give us two months before submitting again. If you don't hear from us within 3 months, please assume we are unable to find a suitable home for your work. No repeat submissions. Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please inform us if any part of your submission is accepted elsewhere.

*If you are curious about what we might like to publish, please feel free to order a copy of The Door That Connects - an anthology we put together for our 5th anniversary in 2024.

*Note: All of the accepted works (except translated works) will be translated into Chinese or English by the PLS team depending on the language used. Therefore, by submitting, we assume that you have read these terms and are agreed to them. For translations, please ensure you have the permission/rights to translate the poems. By submitting a translation, you assume responsibility for clearing the rights to use this work on behalf of PLS.

投稿只能通过邮件形式发送。请将三首以内此前未发表过的中文或英文原创诗作，或者附原作（须为英文或中文）的中文或英文诗歌翻译（.doc，.docx或.pages文件格式）发送至：poetrylabshanghai [at] gmail [dot] com，使用”投稿 + 姓名“作为邮件标题，并附上一份简短的自我介绍（以第三人称方式书写）。

我们在收到投稿后会尽快予以回复，若在三个月内未收到采纳通知，请自行处理。如果希望继续投稿，请在距上一次投稿至少两个月以后再投。重复投稿将不予答复。接受一稿多投。若其中一项内容被其它刊物先行采纳，烦请及时告知。

​*强烈建议在投稿前先熟悉一下编辑的偏好，可至“精选”栏阅读往期内容，亦可购买五周年诗歌精选合辑「不断的门」。

*注：对于那些已被采纳的原创作品（翻译作品除外），诗验室团队将根据作品所使用的语言将其翻译成英文或中文。因此，在收到稿件后，我们将默认您已阅读并接受此条款。至于诗歌翻译，请确保你对原作品拥有合法的翻译权。否则，我们将不承担任何因此疏忽所造成的后果。
